Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. *Cancellations are excepted if communicated within 24hrs of placing an order.  

 

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error.

 

Items purchased from SewCEOEssentials.com are eligible for store credit within 7 days delivery receipt.

 

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must in original packaging. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, with the “Do not remove this tag” tag attached. (Without this tag attached, we have the right to reject the return)
  • Your item needs to be returned with the original packing slip so please keep this safe.

These items are final sale and can not be returned for store credit.
