USA Orders

Order Processing is 2-3 Business Days. Shipping takes average 3-4 Business Days to deliver within US.

Processing + Delivery altogether is estimated 5-7 Business days to reach your door. If there are major sales, pre-orders, wholesale orders, the delivery timeframe may be slightly extended but will be properly communicated.

*These times are estimated. We are not responsible for delays out of our control due to carrier shortages, natural disasters, weather, federal holidays. We will provide package insurance and tracking to check the status once the order has shipped. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS * 

Customer will be responsible for all fees associated with international shipping.  

 

 INCORRECT ADDRESS?

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are shipped because they are in USPS or UPS hands, please contact them if there is a problem with the delivery. If you order, and put in the wrong address we are not liable; if the package is shipped back to us we will ship it back to you, but you are to pay for shipping again. If this happens you can not cancel the order nor get a refund because you put in the incorrect address. The package will be held for 20 days for you to pay for reshipment. We will let you know the shipping cost. SewCEOEssentials is not responsible if they (USPS, Fedex, UPS,ETC)  lose or misplace your package. 

Several tracking numbers? 

You may receive multiple tracking numbers if you have items in your order that ship from main office or directly from warehouse. When this happens your order will be merged together into one, or it will be delivered separately. Each tracking number will sent to you via email.

If an item in your purchase is an preorder whereas the other item(s) is not, please note that the order will ship separately so you will receive different tracking numbers. 

 

RETURN POLICY

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO CHANGES TO ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED.

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.

*Cancellations are excepted if communicated within 24hrs of placing an order.  

 

HOW WE HANDLE ORDER DISCREPANCIES:

Customers are responsible for RETURN shipping unless the order was filled in error or damaged.

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 7 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit.

 

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must in original packaging. Items cannot be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, pet hairs, or noticeable smells including deodorant and perfume
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, with the “Do not remove this tag” tag attached. (Without this tag attached, we have the right to reject the return)
  • Your item needs to be returned with the original packing slip so please keep this safe.

These items are final sale and can not be returned for store credit.
